The Hamilton County McCain/Victory HQ located on 7th Street (next to First Watch between Walnut & Main) will officially open today at 5:30 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Local elected officials and other dignataries are expected to be in attendance.
I had an excellent meeting with the Ohio McCain leadership team yesterday. There is good news to report. First, Hamilton County and most of Ohio have been meeting and exceeding the goals set by the campaign in our crucial get-out-the-vote and voter-identification efforts. I was quite pleased to hear this news given what I know from the 2004 campaign. The GOTV effort we did in 2004 worked miraculously well to get our voters to the polls and I know that it can work again. We have been working hard to meet these goals and to keep our eyes focused on supporting Republicans.
