We have a very busy week ahead as we prepare for Senator McCain's fundraising event. Furthermore, HQ is expected to make a very favorable deal to lease the storefront office on 7th Street just near First Watch. We had this office in 2004 and it was a critical part of our success. I've made arrangements to have that office again and we hope to open a ground level storefront soon.

It took just about 3 months, but I've been officially lambasted by the Whisteblower for lending my support to the campaign of our Republican endorsed congressional candidate, Jean Schmidt and for joining other local Republican leaders in hosting an event at the home of Stan Chesley. My likeness has turned a certain blue hue these days whenever I see the 'Blower. It reminds me of the Willie Wonka scene where, "Violet was turning violet." The best part of the photo of me turning blue? The spit-curl is far less noticeable.
